I went to DCH Toyota to lease a new car, and was greeted very kindly as soon as I walked in. The sales consultant and business manager I worked with were extremely professional and polite. More importantly, they were down-to-earth and easy to talk to. They answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, while maintaining a great sense of humor. Had my verhicle serviced for an oil leak coming from the rear main seal. My vehicle was at the shop for 3 days. When I picked up my vehicle the rear left panel was not secured and my mudguard was dented (ob rear main seal. My vehicle was at the shop for 3 days. When I picked up my vehicle the rear left panel was not secured and my mudguard was dented (obviously someone backed into something and caused the minor damage). My service manager Susan who is absolutely great by the way advised Chris "service technician" about the panel. He then went outside with an attitude telling me he did not damage the vehicle etc: Note I never mentioned nor accused him. He then had the nerve to tell me he did not care...needless to say I became very upset and told him that is not a professinal attitude to have with a customer. Another service manager who was outside speaking with another customer advised him to go inside while he looked at the panel. The panel snapped back into place no problem and thankfully no dent was on panel, but the mudgaurd was a bit dented. They claimed the mudgaurd was melted somehow and thats why it was dented??? My experience was horrible and appaling needless to say. Im really dissapointed since I've been coming to DCH for over 5 years. I was able to straighten out the mud guard no problem but will no longer take my vehicle to be serviced at DCH. Im planning to speak with the location manager and regional manager regarding my experience. More
I started looking for a Highlander with Black Leather, GPS and a DVD System. I decided to go online and submit purchase inquiries to dealerships within a 30 mile radius from where I live. I received online lease quotes, however the only toyota store that actually read my email for my ideal vehicle was DCH Toyota City. They provided me with a lease payment online and broke out my driveoff fees to the penny. Truthfully at first I was hesitant because the quote was a little higher than everyone elses. Later to find out that they provided me with the best quote after going to the other stores personally. First off not one of the other dealers could honor the lease quotes they sent me and they didn't have an available highlander with the items I wanted, after they told me they did. Toyota City honored the email originally sent and although they didn't have the car, they did not charge me a "LOCATE Fee" What ever that is???? Like the other dealers did. They were pleasant, honest and a truthfully what I had not expected. This dealer did an outstanding job for me and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Overall a Great Experience!!! Everyone here went above and beyond what my family was expecting. We thought we would have a long day of waiting, paperwork, and conversations about things we wouldn't understand. We have received excellent customer service and an unbeatable price at this dealership when we first got a 2008 Camry LE in January 2008. We then had to upgrade 6 months later to a 2008 Sienna LE and unbeatable price at this dealership when we first got a 2008 Camry LE in January 2008. We then had to upgrade 6 months later to a 2008 Sienna LE and during this process, while a little difficult at first, we ultimately receive the service we expected. We got a great car at a good price. This dealership goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to service. It does not have any of the sterotypical car salesmen qualities that car salesman are know to have. More

Angelo Maida took time to explain all and differnt options of service plans such as loJack, key replacement and appearance / protection plan. I would recommand this dealer to anyone who would need to buy or service a car. More

I entered the dealership, was greeted promtly and in a very friendly manner by the manager at the front desk. He introduced me to a salesperson that would help me. The sales person asked me the proper questions as to what I was looking for, listened very carfully and geared me th\owards the right car and without any hassle or going back and forth, we arrived at the price, and vehicle I wanted. I knew I had to wait a few days to get my car, but Mr. Paonessa, the salesmanager was very helpful and gave me a loaner vehicle to use, because I had to turn in my Honda lease or pay an extra months lease charge. I would greatly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
Went there looking for a Camry. Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. Told me about the Camry and went for a test drive. I liked it but needed some time to think. I went back again to the sam knowledgeable and friendly. Told me about the Camry and went for a test drive. I liked it but needed some time to think. I went back again to the same guy and went for another test drive. Still friendly and answered any questions me and my dad had. Salesman had nothing to do with the price. His supervisor came over to discuss and my dad being an ex-car salesman did his thing. We told them that we would only give $200 over what the dealer pays for the car. He laughed and said he couldn't do it. Well we were paying that price or leaving. He got his manager who came over talked to us and went to think about it. He came back and said it was a deal but I'd have to wait 2 weeks for the next shipment which was fine with me. The rest of the deal went smooth too. I've brought it back for servicing and have not had a problem so far. 13 months later and I love the camry and DCH. More
