I came here to recommend Joe Croce and DCH Toyota City because I genuinely had the best experience I have ever had with them then any salesman or dealer I have in the past. (just read all the responses he had from other customers like me) He made me feel special from the moment I walked into the showroom. He has a unique quality of listening to my needs and wants and recommended "the car of my dreams". I asked him some point blank questions about various cars and he gave me his honest and frank answers on what he felt backing it up with why certain cars were not right for me. I am not new to Toyota, this is my 3rd new car purchase from Toyota but this was the only experience I had with Toyota where I walked away from the Dealership with a NEW car feeling absolutely great about my decision and price they offered me for the car. Every one of them was a high quality professional and provided high quality service. I spent several hours in negotiating and finalizing the deal and they were very kind and professional throughout my visit. They went with me through all the paperwork and explained every single detail, which I appreciated. When I received the car they showed me the car in detail and when there were some minor issues they removed on the spot. The car I purchased was in perfect condition and I feel very happy about the purchase. I can confirm that this dealership deserves to be called the best Toyota Dealership in the New York Area and Weschester. Once again, I highly recommend this dealership. More
