April and Luis are truly fantastic at what they do. April was super friendly and had all sorts of information about the various vehicles, including which ones were in my monthly payment price range. There was never any attempt to sell me more than what I needed or could afford. When the deal was made, April contacted my insurance personally to make sure they had the necessary information for the lowest possible price. Luis, the business manager was equally helpful. Where I was denied for a car loan elsewhere, Luis was able to tell me exactly what type of information they might have focused on and gave me information that not every business manager would take the time to offer a customer, especially before a deal was signed. Overall, it was a very positive, comfortable ad knowledgeable experience thanks to April's information about available and convenient vehicles for my budget and Luis' credit-savvy and time he took to pass this information down.
