Rude, bullying, misogynist, homophobic and incompetent At first our salesperson, Brandon Gross, was friendly and low pressure. When we took our test drive he made a racist comment apologizing for a Hip Hop At first our salesperson, Brandon Gross, was friendly and low pressure. When we took our test drive he made a racist comment apologizing for a Hip Hop station on the radio but we ignored this because we were excited about the car. As soon as we put the deposit down on the car this friendly and low pressure demeanor changed. Sydney, "the finance guy" began pressuring us into filling out their finance application before we had a chance to check with other lenders. We did end up getting a good rate through the dealership but when we began signing the paperwork Sydney refused to answer any of our questions and ridiculed us for even asking them, suggesting that we didn't trust him because of our gender. He refused to call me by my preferred name, even though I asked him to several times. He made it clear to us that he was in a hurry to be somewhere else and had no interest in helping us other than trying to sell us the rip-off third party warranty. His behavior towards us was rude, disrespectful and especially demeaning because all of this happened in front of our seven year old who was extremely uncomfortable. Brandon, our salesperson, was nowhere to be seen until we were walking out the door when he suddenly informed us there was only one key to our car and that it would cost over $300 to have a second key made. After arguing with him we eventually got him to agree to reimburse us for the key but it has been 1 month and we still have not received any reimbursement. Brandon never responded to any of our phone calls and emails and we had to start dealing with John Pritts who also stopped returning calls or emails. We've had to spend hours having a replacement key made and chasing down someone at the dealership who would take responsibility for the promises made to us. I just got off the phone with Hugh Ryan, the manager of the dealership, who assured me our check is on the way, but even after weeks of inquiries and complaints from us still has not had conversations with the staff members who behaved so offensively to us. If we ever receive the reimbursement, an apology for the way we were treated, and an assurance that other women and xxxxx families will be treated with respect we'll update this review. More
