Jason Castro did a fantastic job. Our initial contact was by phone, and Jason was friendly with a great attitude. Within 10 minutes I had a personal videos from Jason about the vehicle.. Upon meeting Jason, he was kind, professional, and transparent. During sales negotiations, Jason was there and stayed after business hours to see the sale through.. He was even there after I got out of finance.. I really appreciated his commitment, but then he really took his commitment to another level. Since I now had 2 vehicles at the dealership, Jason was willing to help me by driving one of my vehicles home which is an hour away from the dealership. I have never encountered such a commitment to a customer before. I’d like to thank Jason and his family for going above and beyond for a customer he just met because I know he got home close to 2am.. This young man is a great asset to the dealership. Jason - Keep up the great work!! The sales managers were also good to work with.. They stayed late to get the deal done and were professional and kind throughout. I’d like to personally thank Ricardo and Jon from the sales management team.
