Had an appointment to get my new car's windows tinted. Service area greeted me and told me where to park and how to get inside to the waiting area. Wait was pleasant. I gave a low writing because I do not understand why it would take two hours to do in oil change. I missed a meeting with my children who came in for a visit, we were going to have a late lunch. I had an appointment I don’t understand making so many appointments when it’s going to take two hours to complete each appointment, simple things like oil changes. There was another man there that was really upset because he had been there over two hours for an old change. another thing, is the cost of the oil change, which I thought was too much compared with other places. I went ahead and decided to do it there because I was in a hurry, and didn’t want to drive around finding another place and I still miss my appointment. there was a $15 off coupon on your website which I would not have known about and would not have been told about by any of your employees. The man in the waiting area kindly showed it to me. More
