Went in looking to buy a new civic. Salesman Carlos quoted 14k over the sticker price. After putting a deposit down and waiting a month for the car to arrive I sat down with the finance Salesman Carlos quoted 14k over the sticker price. After putting a deposit down and waiting a month for the car to arrive I sat down with the finance consultant and discussed that I wanted to remove some of the add ons. he removed both the VSC &GAP add ons but explained he could not remove the 3k pro pack(nitrogen tires , tint and other accessories) Due to the market being how it is now. Now keep in mind I was already laying 4K in Mark adjustments. I let him know I wouldn’t be purchasing the car if they could not remove the pro pack . He proceeded to get another finance consultant and they both informed me they couldn’t remove the pro pack . I then said that was fine and I wouldn’t purchase the car. The other finance consultant then proceeded to go to the lobby and tell WE GOT A CIVIC FOR SELL NOW. I was leaving and went back to get my deposit. After getting my deposit I was walking through the main lobby where I over heard the finance consultant speaking I’ll things about me. I’m not upset and then not removing the extra add ons I understand it’s the industry I’m upset that the finance consultant conducted himself the way he did. The least he could have done was have the respect to speak I’ll of me after I left the dealership . I don’t recommend this dealership at all, very disrespectful. More
