I had the worst experience of my life at this dealership. The salespeople were rude, pushy, and completely unprofessional. When I finally managed to escape and leave the dealership, they actually followed me out to my car and continued to harass me. I felt completely unsafe and would never go back to this place again. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about my recent visit to this dealership. The sales staff were rude and pushy, and the cars on the lot were overpriced and in poor condition. Went in looking to buy a new civic. Salesman Carlos quoted 14k over the sticker price. After putting a deposit down and waiting a month for the car to arrive I sat down with the finance Salesman Carlos quoted 14k over the sticker price. After putting a deposit down and waiting a month for the car to arrive I sat down with the finance consultant and discussed that I wanted to remove some of the add ons. he removed both the VSC &GAP add ons but explained he could not remove the 3k pro pack(nitrogen tires , tint and other accessories) Due to the market being how it is now. Now keep in mind I was already laying 4K in Mark adjustments. I let him know I wouldn’t be purchasing the car if they could not remove the pro pack . He proceeded to get another finance consultant and they both informed me they couldn’t remove the pro pack . I then said that was fine and I wouldn’t purchase the car. The other finance consultant then proceeded to go to the lobby and tell WE GOT A CIVIC FOR SELL NOW. I was leaving and went back to get my deposit. After getting my deposit I was walking through the main lobby where I over heard the finance consultant speaking I’ll things about me. I’m not upset and then not removing the extra add ons I understand it’s the industry I’m upset that the finance consultant conducted himself the way he did. The least he could have done was have the respect to speak I’ll of me after I left the dealership . I don’t recommend this dealership at all, very disrespectful. More
After my car was finally totaled, I had only 3 days to find a used Murano to replace my old one. Because of current supply issues that was not an easy task. Tower Honda had one in stock with low mileage find a used Murano to replace my old one. Because of current supply issues that was not an easy task. Tower Honda had one in stock with low mileage and was the closest to my home which was an hour's drive. Mark Levra and the finance person were incredible in getting me into that car driving it home within an 2 hours. I didn't have the settlement for the totaled car yet so they let me write them a check for that amount and agreed to hold it until they heard from me once my settlement check cleared my bank. Talk about trust! After a quick clean up service on the car, Mark drove the Murano and met me at the Enterprise car rental to turn in the rental and I drove home with my new beautiful Murano. Could not have been any easier. One thing I will say is that there was no negotiating in the price, which I expected because of the low inventory every dealership is experiencing right now. Over all, it was a great experience and saved me from having to drive up to 3 hours away in 3 different directions looking at similar cars. I am a happy customer! More
When I went to the dealership they were very helpful. They did all they could do to get me approved, I never dreamed I would be driving a brand new car. The purchasing experience was pretty typical. But after making your purchase you're pretty much given the cold shoulder when you spot out safety flaws on tires. Apparently having chunks of rubber missing from low profiles tires is not a "SAFETY ISSUE" IM pretty sure staff at tower Honda wouldn't dare let their loved ones go out on the highway with rubber missing from the sides of their tires. It's pretty sad because I have other family members looking for vehicles as well. This dealership may have just lost more potential customers over tires. What a pity! I love recommending businesses that do right. Not just from initial purchase but after as well What's the point in having a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty? I drove 5 hours from my another state to only find out after purchasing nothing else matters.🤦 More

After sales servicing has been shoddy and slipshod, often being met with "can't duplicate, can't fix, not covered or just plain old slapshod maintenance, requiring multiple trips to have repaired properly. Danny Benage's latest "cure" is to trade in my 2019 Insight for a new vehicle "that I might like better". He totally misses out that what I would like better is quality service, not excuses and blowoffs. More
