There was a car at another dealership I really wanted, but working with Tyler made me feel very comfortable, even if I still got totally screwed, at least I don’t know I did. I felt like I could come and but working with Tyler made me feel very comfortable, even if I still got totally screwed, at least I don’t know I did. I felt like I could come and go and be wishy-washy and he let the cars and services speak for themselves. What I hate the most is a dirty salesman who tries to make you feel cornered and trapped into a decision. He was still persistent and followed up, just without being too pushy; just a likable guy, and I think he’s a definite asset to Honda. There’s nothing worse than regretting a 10 year commitment as soon as you drive away. A new car should feel like getting a new hair do, body, or job, but not suffocating. The old fashion salesman model is a dying stereotype (at least it should be), and other people should adapt or be left behind. Thanks again for all your patience and help, I appreciate all the time and effort to try and make sure I would be happy with the car I drove away in, and we all do love her ❤️ I never thought I would ever be able to buy my dream car brand new! More
