This person when I arrived seemed a little too occupied to want to deal with me. They also informed me that I could not get the services performed that I was scheduled for. My dealer was excellent. Almost everything went well. Management was good except for my transport payment request. I needed to transport my vehicle 200 miles. The cost for that was $400 which was acceptable to me but for some reason management ignored my request for me to pay for it immediately and instead put that cost into the vehicle finance contract.
