Erratic treatment. Brought car in for regular service. Always use the dealer for all service as we bought the car there. They had recall work to do. Car had grease Brought car in for regular service. Car had grease on steering wheel and elsewhere. and my fixtures were not put back in place where I had them. We left car so they didn't have to rush. They are slow so I try not to wait. They didn't even tell me where the car was parked when I picked it up. They could use some manners and customer service training. Wouldn't recommend based on my last couple of service appointments. I called and complained..was told a manager would call me today. No one did. More

Service is limited due to the number of technicians available, so wait times can be lengthy. Communication throughout the process was lacking. I once waited over two hours for my vehicle to be inspecte available, so wait times can be lengthy. Communication throughout the process was lacking. I once waited over two hours for my vehicle to be inspected, only to be told that nothing was wrong, despite there clearly being an issue that still needed to be addressed.
