Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a sales manager, who told me in these exact words that "I'm too stupid to know how much an oil change costs" followed with "you just look stupid." My experience with the salesman who was fantastic was dwarfed by this rude and vulgar behavior by the sales manager, and I will emphatically be telling this story of my experience to anyone in the area looking to purchase a car.
