They sold me a mechanical faulty car. They hid the fact the check engine light was on and they cleared it before selling. They told me they ordered a new windshield and had to call repeatedly and leave a Google review before I got a response. The sales manager is avoiding my calls and giving me the shaft. The service manager made sure I got a windshield. How sales needs to foot the bill to diagnose the issue but still aren't answering my calls. I reported them to my lender and the Alabama AG. More

Purchase at Tony Serra was great. The service has been a bit lackluster. The technician reapplied a part they knew wouldn’t stick and was damaged when it was removed by them. I had a bad experience with my oil change. I waited 2 and a half hours and wasn't called when it was ready. She also acted like I was lying when I told her this was my free oil change.
