Dealerships usually too expensive right? Wrong! In the past I have tried very hard to stay away from repairs at dealerships because their hourly rate is so significant. I must say though Big Island In the past I have tried very hard to stay away from repairs at dealerships because their hourly rate is so significant. I must say though Big Island Honda really raises the bar. The oil changes even for full synthetic are very reasonably priced and in fact about $25 less than what I've been paying at another speedy oil change place here in Kona. In under 90 minutes they completed the oil change and the safety recall for the airbags. In addition they offered to add an engine cleaning additive and did a very thorough multi-point inspection including a battery check which turned out a battery failure was likely in the near future. I am thoroughly impressed by Big Island Honda and they have earned my highest recommendation. One more thing, they even gave me a complimentary car wash which was icing on the cake. More
