Cons: Making an appointment in the Mercedes Benz side of the operation went from good to bad in the couple of years since my ownership of a Mercedes. Now I was told every appointment has to be made on the mainland and communication with the Appointment clerk (Charles) is horrible. Told Him what I wanted done as all my parts were in at the Dealership, at the end I said the most important thing is that I needed a loaner. A day later Charles called back to confirm my appointment but couldn't say if a loaner would be available. Carly was our service writer and she left us high and dry for 6 hours WHILE WAITING with no feedback about car and a general indifference to the time factor. We finally phoned a mgr (sales, no service mgr available) SIX HOURS IN AND INSISTED IT BE RELEASED. No repairs done, no diagnosis and NO CHARGE as insisted by me. Service maintenance Been told my many do not take your vehicle there for service. Sure enough! Like a dummy I went along and agreed to have it done so I don't have to schedule another appt . When it was done and called upon to pay, I nearly fainted when I saw the amount charged which my actual reason to go there was for a b1 service! Ended up paying way the xxxx more near a grand ! So ridiculous I say. Well, this is another lesson learned. More

These guys were awesome! I had been shopping at the other dealers in Kona and these guys are by far the best out there. No pressure and I got a great deal. Quite few people I know have bought cars t other dealers in Kona and these guys are by far the best out there. No pressure and I got a great deal. Quite few people I know have bought cars there and I'm told the service after the sale is even better. They helped me with my financing and saved me about $38 a month on my payment. I would definately recommend anyone to check these guys out! More
