Steve exudes the aloha spirit and is exceptionally savvy about our cars. He teaches us new things about them each time I bring a car in for routine maintenance. He also coordinates the servicing, knows exactly what the car needs, and always hustles to make my wait as short as possible. I have never had a problem with any of our cars after I've gotten them back! It's obvious the service department is committed to doing quality work, including sending you home with a sparkling car!
