I think sometimes business can also be hard on them as well. Honda should really appreciate everyone that works for them simply by letting them know (face to face) and thank them daily so they feel GOOD about themselves so they do more. Recall Service Stan was great. He explained what was going to happen, and what charges I would be responsible for. In the end I didn't have to pay for anything. A Stan was great. Stan, your customer service representative, noticed that the car needed a 25000 mile service check. He explained exactly what would be checked and what services would be done such as an oil change and tire rotation and the benifits of having the service check done. He then asked me if I would like to have my car serviced and I said yes. I was glad he brought it up because I like to take good care of my cars and trucks. He also showed me how to reset the tire air pressure light. I was pleased with the whole experience. More
