This was my forth Fletcher Care service on this new vehicle but the first time with Alex. The first three services took aprox two hours each and I wasn't going to come back to Honda. It was so frustrating! But simply bcs they got me in at the exact time slot I needed I decided to give them another try. The first thing I told Alex: "I can't have it take 2 hours!" She promised to get me out in one and I highly doubted it! Forty five minutes later the car was washed and ready for me to drive out. It was even backed in to make for a quick get away!! Wow, I sure appreciated being able to slip in there and get this done in-between appointments on a busy day. More
