I knew that Big Island Honda Hilo was the right place for me when my sales consultant, Jun, first greeted me. As we began talking, he stopped to ask if I had spoken to, or worked with any other sales agents at Big Island Honda, because he didn't want to "step on anyone's toes". In that moment he showed me his commitment to the customer, not the sale. The respect he showed to me, his fellow staff, and himself is astounding and inspiring. The sales manager, Donovan, is a strong and hard-working leader, who made sure the entire process was done right for me from start to finish. His trustworthiness is outstanding! Katlin took care of all of the tedious paperwork with ease. She was able to explain every important detail to me, gave examples when I needed clarification, and answered all of my questions.
