Their employees are helpful and patient and do their best to explain things. I would rate them higher but I cannot afford their services most of the time--especially $139 just to check why my SRS light is staying on!; and I bought an oil change package before knowing I would need to get 3 oil changes within one year--and I only drive maybe 7k miles in a year, so am using them up just so not to waste my money totally. More

Cameron Castillo is the best, hands down. He helped us by keeping us informed and really took the time to find a better deal for us. When we thought that there was no way we could find a bank that would finance our honda odyssey, Cameron made it happen. He had all of the approvals, paperwork and Keys ready for us and it literally took 30 minutes to finialize. Thank you to Big Island Honda- Hilo for making this an amazing experience. We love our Hondas and will definitely be back. More
