Reception helped find out what services my new to me already had. They were able to fit me in only a few days. She welcomed my dog as I was worried about the heat. She was cordial but efficient . She patiently explained how to reset things that had stopped due to a jump start. They had snacks available in waiting area. The chairs were spaced out. The tv was quiet enough I could read. She helped me know what was n wasn’t covered under warranty . She applied a discount.receptionist was friendly n helpful n service was reasonable on price. I was surprised that service records from different dealers in same state were not electronically shareable. Next part asks about sanitation. Receptionist wiped counter but I only assume service did car. N reception seating wasn’t for the few hours I was there. More

Nice people! Daniel, Jennifer and Ambrose. They did a great job contacted Subaru and argued with them about getting me a new transmission. They fixed a few other Daniel, Jennifer and Ambrose. All the work was done and no issues also he kept our car very clean. I can't say enough about Daniel the service manager other then spectacular. Jennifer the service writer, kind, knowledgeable always helps when we come in with a car and keeps me informed. She is a ten. All in all the best dealership experience I have ever had. I was a GM service director for the better part of my career so I am very picky and grande people tough. These are good folks. I will always buy my cars here and have them serviced here.
