I had a tough service today. Generally I have not had any problem with Tonkin Subaru, but today was frustrating. I had an appointment and arrived on time. Customer service quickly acknowledged I arrived and hastily processed me. I could barely let him know what I was there for when he was taking my keys and ushering me to the waiting area. I couldn't complete a sentence without being interrupted. I felt rushed and wished he could have slowed down. The service took no time at all. Extremely fast. Almost too fast, leaving me wondering if the service was completed at all. After the service I noticed my car vibrates on idle. It has never done this. I cannot rate the quality of the service since I am not sure yet. May need to take it back in to make sure everything was done correctly. Didn't want to be disappointed, but I am. More

I love the people at Tonkin Subaru! I've brought my car in a number of times now and have always gotten top notch customer service.
