Bobbi, service advisor, reason for 1 star, who communicated well. Had already run diagnostics & told you it was map system. With only one mechanic, it took 7 days to even look at car and it was ma communicated well. Had already run diagnostics & told you it was map system. I am surprised that to write this review, I have to give Tomball Ford at least one star. They don't deserve it. There service is pathetic and deserving of a meteor instead of a star. I bought a 2018 Ford Edge and to make the story short, there was a horn that was never installed at the factory. It was noticed during a traffic issue when I beeped the horn and it sounded flat. I had an appointment at the local Firestone to get an oil change, and asked the service associate to check the horn system. The technician then informed me that the high frequency horn was missing. I went to Tomball Ford, saw service associate Patrick and made an appointment. The day of the appointment, I am informed that there will be a $125 charge to investigate the issue. If the horn is missing the charge will be waived but there would be a charge of $100 to install the horn since it was not under warranty. Now note this is a component that was never installed and should not fall under a warranty item. Needless to say, I didn't sign the service ticket to agree to the charges. I should've been informed previously during the appointment of these ridiculous charges instead of wasting my time with them. Leaving the service department, I vowed not to purchase another vehicle from them and suggest to anyone contemplating having even a horse buggy serviced not to do it. More

Completely dishonest, refuses to provide pricing online, over the phone and even in person.
