Agree, some of these reviews have to be fake. Look at the reviews on other sites. They are lucky negative stars are not available. I bought a car there, all prearranged thank goodness. Said they fired the person responsible. Had car in for body work, turns out it took 2x long to fix. Told me they were waiting for a part. My insurance explained that they had talked to dealer and dealer said car was fixed, but they were holding the car until USAA agreed with their costs. Which was higher than the estimate. I ended up getting stuck for over $500 on an extra week car rental.... Again, was told the employee responsible was no longer there, Sorry, no reimbursement for the rental. And every time I went for service or one of the 5 recalls, they would not be ready, have to leave it overnight, etc. Will never go back there. More

Walter was the tech I dealt with and he was fabulous !! he kept in touch with me regarding everything that was going on .. he worked with my warranty department !!
