Bought a F 150 2 days ago the experience was very good. I have not been in a car dealership in over 12 years and I was not expecting much when I decided to purchase a vehicle. I started to due the online pur have not been in a car dealership in over 12 years and I was not expecting much when I decided to purchase a vehicle. I started to due the online purchase but I do like the face to face experience and I like to shop the lot. I did pick a vehicle on line, an agent called me to set up a meeting to see the truck. When I got there I meet Caleb Sick he was very patience and helpful. It took three tries before I found the truck for me. Thanks to Caleb and Eric Rosenman I was able to find the truck . I was not particularly happy with the deal but I was happy with the service. We all want that sweet deal of a price. Over all the service was great three cheers to Caleb I hope you make salesman of the year. More

Theme of Tomball Ford.... Service is terrible. Appointments aren't Appointments. If there's a problem it's the customers fault. Thanks for buying a vehicle . Now get bent! What a complete waste of time. Buying process starts off with me getting offered $5,000 less than what the trade was worth. We worked through that humiliation and received the full value of there much neede with me getting offered $5,000 less than what the trade was worth. We worked through that humiliation and received the full value of there much needed trade, 19 F250 Lariat Sport cream puff. I was then informed the truck was in transit and would be in between 11/8-11/14 which was the only true statement of this whole entire deal. Today, 11/8 I get word the truck has arrived. Boy am I excited to know my personalized Mr. Woodard’s truck has arrived. They then proceed to get final numbers on deal sent to me only for me to learn of the $2,480 of snake car salesman add ons tacked on. I then question the fact that all the sudden the deal has changed then to get a raised voice response. Once all that’s behind us somehow we are nearly back to our original numbers. All it took was calling someone out on them trying to pull a fast one. Finally the time has come to go get the new truck. I drive 2 hours into the 3 hour trip only to get a call to be informed the truck was sold and was a special order. Might I add that I fully filled out credit application in route to expedite time at dealership. What kind of horrible mismanaged dealership is this? That is a complete lie as all special order trucks have green writing in bottom right corner. Also it would not be listed on auto trader for sale. There’s no sales manager that would work a deal all the way til the end only to realize the keys were on another salesman’s desk. A completely horrible experience all the way from start to finish. Thank you lord from saving me from buying from these crooks. More
I was excited about the possibility of buying a new F150 Tremor. I have used TrueCar in the past and loved the experience, but that was with a different TrueCar-affiliated dealer. I had been in contact wit Tremor. I have used TrueCar in the past and loved the experience, but that was with a different TrueCar-affiliated dealer. I had been in contact with Taylor, the salesperson since 9/24. Yesterday, I found the one I wanted and got a TrueCar quote on the Tremor and on my trade-in. I was happy with both quotes. I told Taylor I had the quotes and sent her a screen-shot. She said "great, let's do it; when can you be here so I can have the truck pulled around for you?". I told her I was driving from Conroe so it would be an hour. I drove out there, and the first thing she did was take my car and park it around the corner, to be "appraised". I told her I had the TrueCar cash offer, but she said they still had to appraise it. I was all good with that! After the test drive, we sat down and the first thing she wanted me to do was sign a piece of paper saying that I would buy the truck today. Are you kidding? Then she said she had to "check availability" on the truck. What?! I confirmed it was available before I drove to Tomball! When she came back, she said "good news, it's available and here are the numbers." She NEVER looked up the TrueCar deal, and instead put a piece of paper in front of me with a trade-in value of 12k less with no reason for the decrease. I told her that I was done, and to get my keys. She said "that's just the first pencil numbers". She spent more time away talking to other people than listening to me. If the salesman can't make the deal, then I shouldn't be sitting at their desk. She then sent Jana over to talk to me, Jana who claimed to be the European car expert. When I mentioned test driving an RS6-Avant, she said "that's about $55k?". A Euro. car expert would know it's a $130k car....She told me that "this is a truck place", as some kind of excuse for undervaluing my car, again without referencing the TrueCar deal. Not once did anyone try and lookup by TrueCar deal. I felt like this was the type of dealership that plays all the old tricks..sign this form, let me talk to my manager, that's just the first pencil numbers....and that's why I won't be giving them my business. If you like playing those games, this is the dealership for you. I'll stick to dealerships that stand by their relationship with TrueCar. More
