I took my car in to this location two weeks ago just to get a simple recall fix. I was helped by a young lady named Shelby with brunette hair. A few days later my back passenger window wind would not go up when I called to talk to them about it they said that I needed to bring my car in an hour to have them take a look at it. I brought my car and they said the guy to fix the panel and the guy to fix the window was no longer there so that was a waste of a trip. Then they said I needed to come back Monday and they’ll pull it up and tape it off. I brought it back Monday and they were saying that there was no reason for them to touch the window because that wasn’t part of the recall and that no one could help me with the service, because It had nothing to do with the initial service. I went to this location three different times and was decided dissatisfied all three times. Advising people to never buy Ford escape. They come with lots of problems and your maintenance plan will not cover all of them. It’s almost like paying for a car twice. My Ford escape is only a 2020. More
I got an oil change and tire rotation on a '23 Maverick. I was able to get in and out within an hour and zero issues. They are able to do this with a small shop. I can't imagine what's in store once the new I was able to get in and out within an hour and zero issues. They are able to do this with a small shop. Saw an ad for a 2022 with excellent discount. Traded several email with the internet email person. I was assured the numbers were correct. I prepared numbers including trade, taxes etc. and emailed them, asking again if this was correct. I was assured it was. I said I'd be in the following morning at 10:30 to buy the car. I arrive and the salesperson isn't there. They get someone else who doesn't know any of our email exchange. After checking, the car is not there and not available but they have another. Lacks a couple of things but mostly good and $1500 less than the other. Ok. But then they explain it has the Apex protection package as does every vehicle they sell and it isn't an option. And unlike my assurance by the internet person the price shown on the website is correct and includes everything I'm told it does not include the $599 and $799 Apex components. Then to insult further, the price on the web is only if you use their usurious financing at 12.9% interest rate rather than the 1.9% Ford offered. Needless to say I left. I bought a new 2023 for a few thousand more that is even nicer. I bought from Classic in Galveston who never add anything to any vehicle ever. If you are smart you will never set foot or tires on Tomball Ford. Crooks. xxxxxxxx. Conmen. The old bait and switch. They are the poster image for Caveat Emptor. More

SALE AND GET MONEY+ AWARDS It took ME going to ford service to figure out what happen to my limp mode and I got shrink wrap and a nail in my def line to clog the line for 530$ after I had to be there to figure out the problem. The charge wasn't even presented to me for me to OK it before getting shrink wrap and a def line clog with a screw and clamp for 530$. I'm going to leave an honest review on Google and wherever Tomball FORD has available for public to view. UPDATE with more of dealer "good service"... Had to let others know how bad they are so no one will get scam by these people again. I CALLED THEM TELLING THEM THAT I DROVE LESS THAN 50 miles ON "BAND NEW TRANSMISSION FLUSH" and the transmission shifted bad so once I got home I had to remove some transmission fluid to make it shift easier and found out after the "FLUID FLUSH" THE FLUID WAS STILL BLACK. THEY SAID TO COME BACK IN SO THEY CAN REMEDY IT. WHAT A JOKE THESE PEOPLE ARE TO TELL ME TO COME IN AGAIN AFTER MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SO I DECIDED TO CHANGE OUT THE FLUID MYSELF AND STARTED GETTING EVERYTHING I NEED FROM PLANET FORD. More

I purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna from Tomball Ford recently, (11/18/2022) with the apex protection gps presale installed.The implication that was given was that there were no fees involved. Wrong, on the sales invoice there was a $750 "protection fee, but this was still not verbalized or pointed out as an add on. Having a tracking device on my vehicle that tracks my movements is not wanted," Is a direct violation of my right to privacy “. I did not order the device, I did not want the device, I do not want the device. The GPS plan could not be canceled because it was hard wired to the car and the labor cost would be prohibitive to disconnect it, therefore I was stuck with the one year $750 fee.But I could cancel the contact after the contract runs out in a year.This is a asinine, moronic concept, it is also completely absurd. I cannot understand such total refusal in removing an aftermarket third party piece of equipment and returning the $750 that was charged. At least return the $750 if the equipment cannot be disconnected. More
