I purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna from Tomball Ford recently, (11/18/2022) with the apex protection gps presale installed.The implication that was given was that there were no fees involved. Wrong, on the sales invoice there was a $750 "protection fee, but this was still not verbalized or pointed out as an add on. Having a tracking device on my vehicle that tracks my movements is not wanted," Is a direct violation of my right to privacy “. I did not order the device, I did not want the device, I do not want the device. The GPS plan could not be canceled because it was hard wired to the car and the labor cost would be prohibitive to disconnect it, therefore I was stuck with the one year $750 fee.But I could cancel the contact after the contract runs out in a year.This is a asinine, moronic concept, it is also completely absurd. I cannot understand such total refusal in removing an aftermarket third party piece of equipment and returning the $750 that was charged. At least return the $750 if the equipment cannot be disconnected. More
2022 F150 - have issue with new truck. Tomball Ford stated they would correct the issue. After I met with them in person (Sales Director - Kent) and they agreed to correct the issue, Tom Tomball Ford stated they would correct the issue. this is the worst place to fix problems with your cars,, I had a recall to fix problems that a ford transit brought from the factory ,and they didn't want to replace the glass on the roof, they didn't even I had a recall to fix problems that a ford transit brought from the factory ,and they didn't want to replace the glass on the roof, they didn't even seal the glass, they left the glass loose that they are supposed to fix, Have it done., Ford is disappointed, I will not buy your cars again, do not buy them, and do not pay this diller, the treatment of his clients is bad, and customer service does not help at all. Went in to order a new vehicle and after we specified it out they informed us that they had to add 3 bogus fee for nonsense products that we weren’t interested in. We insisted that we’re not buy them. They out they informed us that they had to add 3 bogus fee for nonsense products that we weren’t interested in. We insisted that we’re not buy them. They would only drop 2 of the 3 bogus fees. We left and went 15 min down the road and purchased without hassle. Beware of these scams we have seen this before at other brands as well. More
We traded in our 2016 Escape to buy something more affordable because this vehicle is rarely driven. Ended up with an older, hybrid escape. Not one day, and it had to be back up there in the shop. They had it for A MONTH, and after a bunch of back and forth basically said “sorry nothing we can do.” The vehicle has now just sat in the driveway, not functional for several months. We got horribly ripped off and now paying for an overpriced driveway ornament and still now need to figure out buying another vehicle. I would NOT recommend anyone going here and will actively make sure to tell people to steer clear. More
Service center needs improments had to go to one place to by battery and take to another place to have it installed and the person that helped at that place was not friendly and not helpful at all!
