I'm sure this comment will be taken down or I'll be blocked, but I'm gonna write it anyways. I parked across the street at Walmart this morning, and called this dealership. I spoke to Jasmine, and asked if they had a particular car physically there on the lot, that was advertised on their website. She put me on hold, and came back and said oh yes it's here. I said ok I'll be there in just a few minutes. We got there, and guess what?? The vehicle was not there!! Imagine that.. David B. came out, and said " oh jasmine is just internet sales, she's the one that gets people in here but I'll be your salesman". Well ... Your salesman doesn't even call people back, OR give them prices! I asked David B. to call me with the dealer price, as he would only give me MSRP. He wanted me to come in. I told him no, that's not how I buy cars. I said Just call me with a price. He never called. I called him, and he told me some lame excuse that he was in a sales meeting and had not had time, but would call me back shortly. That never happened either. So we went elsewhere . It's sad though. You lie to get people in there. Then you won't give them a price, unless they're willing to sit and play your game. Total lying waste of time, for a cash paying customer looking at a brand new explorer!!! You give car dealerships, and salesman a bad name! More

My visit began with a mishap when I scratched my passenger side front fender against a metal swing arm they use for after-hours locking. Despite the obvious flaw in their setup, neither the dealer nor the manager took any responsibility, leaving me to cover the repair costs through my vehicle insurance. Regarding my truck’s faulty shock issue, it took an unacceptable three full days just to get a technician to inspect it and a total of ten days to complete the repairs. When I finally got my truck back, it was covered in dust, inside and out. I had dropped it off in immaculate condition, but their dirt roads and lack of care resulted in a filthy vehicle. The least they could have done was to wash it before returning it to me. The disappointments didn’t end there. Upon picking up my truck, I discovered that the A/C wasn’t cooling at all. When I went back inside to find the service rep, I was told she had left for the day. I spoke with Valentin about the dirty condition of my truck and the non-functional A/C. All he did was apologize and suggest I bring the truck back another day. Since I didn’t have a ride back home, he couldn’t offer any transportation while they kept my truck for another week to fix the A/C issue. Overall, my experience with Tomball Ford was extremely frustrating. The lack of responsibility, extended repair times, poor condition of the vehicle upon return, and inadequate customer service have ensured that I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. Service center is terrible, they won't let me set an appointment to get manufacturer issues fixed! They want to keep my vehicle for 2 days for a diagnostic test after we know the issues is the raido is appointment to get manufacturer issues fixed! I contacted the new car manager about a Ford F150 Tremor they had advertised online. After negotiating the purchase on Friday morning, I was told they would detail the car and I had an appointment to pick i they had advertised online. At 4:00 that afternoon I received a text message from the sales manager informing me that they had sold the truck. Not a phone call, not an apology, no explanation other than it is their policy to sell any vehicle to anyone who has the means to purchase. I had offered to put a deposit down and was told there was no need. The sales manager is totally unethical, lacking any business principles, totally unscrupulous. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I can now understand why they have a rating of 2.3 out of 5.0. More
I brought in my vehicle for a safety recall, and during the repairs, the caliber broke. I've been working with Shelbie and have had no resolution. My vehicle is not repaired or drivable, a loaner vehicle is not offered, and Tomball Ford is waiting on approval from Ford to repair a part they broke. They have zero interest in the consumer or doing the right thing at the right time for the right reason. The only solution that was offered was for me to pay for a rental out of pocket with the possibility of being reimbursed, and that would cause financial hardship, especially during the holidays. I've left many voicemails with the dealership and have spent hours on the phone, and no one at Tomball Ford can give any answers or timelines. I will never do business with Tomball Ford, and I would advise any consumer to review their ratings and the Better Business Bureau, all of which are horrible. The vehicle was dropped off on 11/24/23. As I write this, the date is 11/28/23, with no timeline as to when it will be repaired. More
