Finally a great experience buying a used car. JJ my salesman was top notch even responding to my questions on his day off. I was coming from out of state so i was buying the car just from the picture salesman was top notch even responding to my questions on his day off. I was coming from out of state so i was buying the car just from the pictures. The dealership was spotless and everyone was helpfull.The car was detailed and filled up with gas .JJ took the time and explained everything about the car.Also thanks to Jennifer the finance manager. All the paper work was done and ready for me when i got there. I would highly recommend buying a car or truck there More

I want to give this place 5 stars, even 6 or 7 if possible. However, my experience has dictated it to be nothing. They don't deserve my stars but I had to given them one to post. I was told to contact a lady named Kayla who has helped several family members purchase cars through Tom Hesser. At first - I was gushing about her. I called her up, asked her if she could assist with a Chevy purchase as she was at the Nissan dealership - she said absolutely. I explained that my husband and I were interested in a Chevy Blazer that was on the website. She offered to bring it to us, let us test drive it and she would look at our trade in. Yes! I didn't have to go to them. Perfect. She called a couple of hours later to tell us that the Blazer was sold a couple of days prior. I understand we were too late and it happens. She offered to look to find another one for us. I told her that my husband was really looking for this and that she should talk to him along with giving us an appraisal for our trade in. We set a scheduled meeting for Thursday at 12:30 pm at Chevy. My husband was there and Kayla never showed. I'm assuming the officer manager told him to speak to Shaun instead. While there, they had this great looking Chevy Traverse in the showroom and my husband fell in love. This is what he wanted. He explained to Shaun that we already had a loan with our bank set up and that we would like to try Chevy to see if they could give us a better rate that my bank would match or even do better. My husband got a bill of sale for the car to provide to our bank and in the process, we applied to Chevy for financing. Thursday evening I went to the dealership to look at the car and expressed again we already had a loan through our bank but wanted to see what Chevy would do. Shaun said he was assigned to us and he was waiting for the manager to run the numbers, we would hear from him. Friday came, my bank is ready to cut the check, I called Shaun to see what the numbers were and I ended up leaving a message. I did not hear back from Shaun until Saturday to tell us the car was sold and they couldn't do the financial part them. We didn't need them to do the financial part - we already had a loan. Shaun started with we can find you another car, the same thing, blah blah blah. At that point - No. You knew we were interested, you knew we had the financing, we could have had the check there Friday morning when the doors opened, you just didn't want to sell to us. Between Kayla and Shaun - forget it. That just encouraged us not to ever buy from them. We found a great deal on a Blazer at Whitmoyer Auto Group that Saturday as we were waiting for Shaun to call. It took a very awesome lady by the name of Diana a total of 30 minutes to get us numbers, look at financing and provide all the documentation needed for our bank on Monday. I have never experienced such great customer service. I want to thank Tom Hesser Chevy for giving us such horrible service because we would have never found Whitmoyer Auto Group. Thank You Tom Hesser for treating your customers or potential customers like that as we now have a gorgeous Chevy Blazer proudly displaying the Whitmoyer sign on it. More

service for oil change I simply went in for an oil change, when I was informed that my car was due for inspection. When I went to grab my car on lunch, the battery wouldn't I simply went in for an oil change, when I was informed that my car was due for inspection. When I went to grab my car on lunch, the battery wouldn't start (only 23,000 miles) . Nicole quickly gave me another car to use to return to work, while they installed the battery. My car was up and running, by the time I got out of work. They are always very accommodating, and consumer friendly !! More
