No return call. I called Kayla. No return call. I called service. No return call. I have now had the 2024 Chevrolet less than 2 weeks. Tomorrow I will be making a trip down to Tom Hesser. . We own a 2017 Chevy Silverado and you could see the rust on the chassis of the vehicle. When I called Chevy they said there’s a corrosion warranty take it to your dealer. We took it to Tom Hesser Chevrolet on the chassis of the vehicle. When I called Chevy they said there’s a corrosion warranty take it to your dealer. We took it to Tom Hesser Chevrolet in Scranton PA. They said there was nothing wrong. We also had a conversation with Chevy and they got the manager of service from Tom Hesser on the line he was very rude to us and he said nothing could be done. When we talk to some people they say Chevy DOES NOT stand behind their vehicles. The Manager at Chevy said you have to wait until the truck Russ out for them to fix it. That’s ridiculous. So why do you give warrantees if you never honor them. We will take it to Ziebart and they’ll charge $800 AND service it yearly and Chevy should pay that $800 to get that truck fixed. I guess we will never buy another Chevy vehicle. Very sad we bought our two daughters Chevys over the years for many years . YOU LOST GOOD DEDICATED CHEVY CUSTOMERS! SHAME ON YOU CHEVY! More
