Great Team in Service I took my car in for service for the airbag recall. I didn't make an appointment but Ed helped me with my car. Ignorance and incompentence Never called and informed about a transmission part. When I called, I found out the part was never ordered. The technician ordered the part and I made an appointment. Appointments don't matter. It's first come first serve, so regardless, I still had to wait. After waiting at home for 3 hours. I never got a call back. When I called them, they told me they ordered the WRONG part. Well, when were they going to call ME!! I was apprehensive to go back, but had already been charged for a "diagnostic evaluation." I don't know of other mechanics that charge for this. Most mechanics inspect the problem then give you an estimate. My transmission was fixed, so they say only time will tell. It will be the end of me ever going back there again. I gave them another chance after not going for a couple of years, but I was wrong. Don't make the same mistake as me. Some businesses truly never change! More
Bad service appointment I made appointment for service recall to replace defective A/C compressor clutch bolt. I took my Acura MDX to the center on the appointment date. When I reached Thomas Acura , The service manager, Joshua Kramer, informed me that the bolt was not available, They did not attempt to call me to let me know it was not available. I think the Acura Thomas has no respect for customers, I wasted the whole afternoon to go there and wasted my gas. I will never go back to this place again. 8/17/2015 More

Worst car experience of my life.
