I had been looking for a new truck, preferrably a Ford F150, for several months and had visited several regional Ford/Chevy/GMC dealers. Not until I began working with Roberto did I finally have hope tha F150, for several months and had visited several regional Ford/Chevy/GMC dealers. Not until I began working with Roberto did I finally have hope that I was going to find the right truck for the right price. Roberto worked extremely hard for me to find the exact truck with all the features I wanted and even though I know I went in with a great offer from another Ford dealer, they kept their promise to beat any other Ford dealer's offer by $500. Not only did they beat their offer, Roberto was able to find some additional rebates for me that other dealers did not. Roberto is low pressure but works very hard in the background to make sure you are satisfied. It is wonderful to find a local dealer that I now can count on for future vehicle purchases that I know will treat me with respect, not pressure me, and give me the best deal possible without the confrontation and uncomfortableness that often-times goes with "making a deal." Even the part when you have to set down to sign the papers and talk about financing went extremely smooth and I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes. What a wonderful feeling not having to spend an entire afternoon buyng a vehicle. They keep their promises and they really work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Scott had about his vehicles but expecially impressed with this technical knowledge. It's possible to get lucky and get a salesperson on his/her good day and get a good deal. That's not the way Andy and the sales managers at Frederick Motor Company do business.
