This is the 2nd time we have bought a vehicle from you. Both times were not so great of an experience. The first time my nephew was our sales rep and everything went smoothly until after we bought the vehicle and it had to be serviced a few times in the first few months. It was the lack of communication and not being able to get a response after being told several times that we would be called right back. Well it is happening again, once we signed the dotted line and financed over $83,000 we were no longer important and have been getting the run around just like the first time. Our sales rep is doing the same exact thing ,she will call us right back only for us not to receive that call. My husband had to go up there today and speak with my nephew who is going to take care of what our sales rep couldn't. She will not be getting the commission as I will have this refinanced asap. I even told the finance guy that I would wait for the 3 months so that she could get it but I am done. Not sure with the service that I have received both times that I will ever be coming back to this dealership. Right now I am very upset. I spend over $83,000 (which may not be a lot to you; I can't get answers on a key other than, Oh our key guy is out. I asked where I could floor mats willing to purchase them, no answer. Our detail was awful, took care of it myself. You may think I am being picky, I really am not. Had our sales lady just been up front and told me she couldn't help me instead of blowing me off after she got my sale I don't think that I would be this upset. This dealership really needs to work on their communication with all of your customers because I may not be returning for a 3rd time. More
Bought used from Internet, easy to work with, demand is high, so expect some very normal negotiation and luck. My patience was rewarded with very nice vehicle at the right price. Once set, there was zero pressure, no xx add ons, etc. Just handed over the bank check and a short time later drove off the lot. Love the car! More

Hello, I recently purchased a 2021 Honda from your dealership and noticed a loud noise while driving. Sounds like it is coming from the tires. I made an appt for Saturday 9/16 at 715am. When I arrived I was told my vehicle would likely not be looked at until Monday. I did note the reason for my visit and it seems like a wasted trip to only be told no one would look at it today and that if it needed work, I may have to take to Honda anyway. I wish the person who made appt would have disclosed this prior to 715 am on a Saturday morning. Now I have to rearrange my schedule and find transportation likely for multiple days to have the issue diagnosed and repaired. The process should be better streamlined. More
Today was very disappointing to say the least. We’ve purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealership in the past and did not have any issues. No other options were shown. This dealership is starting to be very similar to Big star and that is truly terrible. More
