Took my 2021 GMC AT4 in due to a check engine light. (36,000 miles on the truck) I was told it was a leak in the exhaust manifold. Warranty covered it (after much discussion and debate) because it was p (36,000 miles on the truck) I was told it was a leak in the exhaust manifold. Warranty covered it (after much discussion and debate) because it was part of the engine still covered by warranty. Three weeks later the check engine light comes on again so back i go. Now they say a sensor in the exhaust system needs to be replaced but they wont warranty it. This is not a coincidence that they worked on the exhaust a few weeks ago and now there's another issue with the exhaust system and they have now refused to warranty the work. I will NOT purchase from this dealership or use their service dept again. Called the service manager and left multiple messages and haven't gotten any return calls. More

Easily the worst experience I've had with a dealer. I negotiated the deal on my truck, my trade in after they attempted to rip me off multiple times and got caught. Finally agreed. Finance calls and I sign paperwork on my new truck and we agreed when to take delivery. I never got a call so I showed up on the agreed delivery date which was today. I show up and the GM Lui Perez is nowhere to be found to finalize my deal. I don't even see my truck. Finally he comes out and says they're currently working a deal and will get back to me. Well that was a lie. He finally comes out to admit to me that they loanered the truck I purchased. You guys loaned out the only downpour metallic Denali ultimate 2500 on the lot? A 90k truck? Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right he just says the loaner department is not his department. I was flabbergasted. I've never been treated like this before. We just drove off. I didn't want the pay brand new on a truck that is now being driven as a loaner and I didn't just drive over an hour and half to have my truck loaned out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More
