In my pass rating I gave a 5 stars. Not this time! parts department general man couldn’t get his face out of his computer and leave his chair to find my order. He sent me to service department. Which sent me back to parts department where I my ordered was placed. Another gentleman came out of his office and open the cabinet and surprised my order was there!
