This dealership service department is a complete disaster. The SUV was left for one week to have radio rear speakers volume fixed, park assist repaired, oil change w/ tire rotation. Repairs to the b disaster. The SUV was left for one week to have radio rear speakers volume fixed, park assist repaired, oil change w/ tire rotation. Repairs to the body that the sales representative said were to be repaired as per the approval of the General Manager. The oil was changed tires were not rotated RR tire was low on air at pick up. Radio issues were said to be normal because the rear speakers are too small, and the computer said it’s all good. The park assist was originally broken then missing a chip then to now on a recall. Body repairs was not done. Sales manager stated I purchased a used car in AS IS condition. My SUB is a leased vehicle that was a demo. When I asked for my vehicle service could not find it. I looked up my vehicle location on the My Buick app and walked to it. BTW my vehicle never moved according to the App since I checked it every day when it was in service. Since this service the Graff Automotive has been aware of the many issues. The General Manager of Texan has email me but has never responded to how they will resolve this matter. The General Manager has never answered any of my phone messages an or phone calls. More
