That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. We apologize for the delays related to authorizing the repairs, and the fact that repairs went over the weekend. Since the veh was towed in we had no prior knowledge of any other concerns the veh may have had, that is why we gave benefit of doubt and paid for he other part/ repairs as goodwill. We apologize for the loose shifter and oily hand prints. We hope you will give Ted Russell Ford another opportunity to show we do care about your satisfaction.
