Everything went so well on purchasing my new SUV until I hit Finance. I signed paper work that clearly stated what Ted Russell would pay for my trade-in. After I noticed that the loan had been satisfied I hit Finance. I signed paper work that clearly stated what Ted Russell would pay for my trade-in. After I noticed that the loan had been satisfied I called to see how much they paid for my vehicle. The amount was significantly different. When I asked Jason Denny about this he laughed on my voicemail and said "we're not keeping your money." A week later I still have not received the check for the difference. Instead, they have changed the timeframe three times. I anticipate that I'm going to have to do without the money. So in essence they got more than what I agreed to give them. To summarize, Jason Denney lied to me and Brian Krueger lied (in writing)to cover Jason Denney. Ted Russell Ford on Parkside Dr treated me fairly with no pressure to buy a new vehicle. I had been shopping for a newer truck for the last two (2) years and was recommended to this dealership. Truth be told I do not like to deal with salesmen nor was I in the market for a new 2013 truck. But these folks went out of their way to get me close to the price of a 2010 model on a brand new 2013. I was very impressed with this dealership and they made the purchase of a new vehicle simple. The staff handles all of the paperwork and walks you through every step of the buying process. My experience with this dealership was beyond outstanding and I haven't regretted purchasing my truck since I bought it back in March 2013.
