Don’t do business with Ted Russell Ford We purchased a 2018 150 Ford Truck on December 8,2018. We are from Washington. Vehicle was to be licensed in Washington. They told us they were getting us a new vehicle. 3days later we were told they changed their mind. Owners have refused to talk to us. It is March 14 and we are driving a vehicle we can’t license. No registration or license. Save yourself a lot of headaches. Don’t do business with Ted Russell More

have great experiences last visit had problem. fixed last visit loose lugs caused a tired to come off about two hundred yards from dealership. We worked out a solution that was great. Disappointed So...I bought a 2013 Ford F150 from Ted Russel Ford on Parkside 3 months ago. I take it in to get first oil change and tire rotation. Next thing I k So...I bought a 2013 Ford F150 from Ted Russel Ford on Parkside 3 months ago. I take it in to get first oil change and tire rotation. Next thing I know the service girl is telling me that my left front caliper is locked up and worn down the outside brake pad. Need to replace caliper and brake pads to the tune of $350. I asked if they were going to take care of it seeing I had only driven the truck 7000 miles. They replied "no" because it is not covered under warranty. Then a service/sales guy comes out and tells me he will knock of $60 bc I have not had the truck very long. Well I said "no" and took it to someone else to get a second opinion. When I took it for second opinion I asked them to inspect brakes and told them nothing else. They came back and told me essentially the same thing except, they would inspect caliper and see why it was locking up. Ford did not do this, they just tried to get me to buy a new one. The caliper pins were not lubricated properly which was causing it to lock up. (Why wouldn't Ford figure that out??) I had to replace both rotors and both sets of brake pads to the tune of $450. After replacing these during the test the brake pedal was going all the way down to the floor. Apparently that is a problem with the master cylinder. So I did some searching on brake problems for 2013 Ford F150's and there is a recall on master cylinders for "some" 2013 Ford F150's. Also pages and pages of complaints on braking problems just like I am having. Apparently my model has not been recalled and the dealership refused to fix the problem, unless I paid for it!!!! I just bought a Ford truck from a Ford dealership, driven 7000 miles and now having to spend $800 on a known issue and they refuse to fix! I will never buy another Ford if this isn't rectified and I will sure as xxxx not buy from Ted Russell ever again! Mystifies me why a dealership on their product, purchased from them would lose a customer over a part that probably costs them $100??!! More
