Service Department RIPOFF! We took a vehicle in for recall transmission work. When we got the car after repairs, the AC no longer worked. Service adviser Rich Love told us it "w We took a vehicle in for recall transmission work. When we got the car after repairs, the AC no longer worked. Service adviser Rich Love told us it "wasn't their fault" the AC didn't work and wanted over $500 to replace a $1 part and recharge the system. I'm in the parts business and know this part cannot break on it's own unless recharging AC or it's been tampered with. This place is an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF! NEVER AGAIN! More

They told us they were getting us a new vehicle. 3days later we were told they changed their mind. Owners have refused to talk to us. It is March 14 and we are driving a vehicle we can’t license.
