I purchased at 2012 F-250 Diesel (Crew Cab) from Ted Britt's Fairfax location in Decemeber 2012. Not many of these trucks were in stock, but Ted Britt still had a great price. We contacted Ted Britt regarding a used Dodge Ram 2500 that was listed on a secondary website (Cars.com) and requested actual pictures (a stock picture was on website.) I contacted Mr. Khan regarding price and other details and upon realizing there was an error on the secondary website, Mr. Khan worked directly with the sales manager to make the process of buying the used truck PAINLESS. Upon arrival at Ted Britt Ford on the evening of Wednesday, February 13, 2013, Mr. Khan met us and allowed us to test drive the truck once again (my husband had driven the truck the evening before.) Upon our return to the dealership, we sat down with Mr. Khan and he finalized the process and hand delivered us to the Business office to finalize our purchase. Mr. Khan is a very friendly, yet professional young man who made the purchase of the truck run smoother than we have ever had in the past. We have purchased many vehicles and I have to say, this transaction was painless. Mr. Khan deserves to be recognized as a very customer service oriented sales person. He is not pushy, yet is very knowledgeable of all processes and we will highly recommend Ted Britt and Mr. Khan to our friends, coworkers etc. More

My 2001 Focus (purchased at Ted Britt Ford) is the first car I've held over 5 years and that's because of the service department. Gary Funk is my service advisor and has been wonderful. He's very good at explaining repairs in terms a layman can understand, and also lets me know what repairs can wait and what repairs need to be done now. I have no hesitation about pre-authorizing repairs because Ted Britt doesn't do anything that doesn't need to be done. I've pre-authorized things like tires and brake work, and when I speak to Gary later on he says "you don't need that." The service loaner program is a super advantage -- for $10/day plus gas (as of time this review is being written) I can't go wrong. If Gary needs to keep my car overnight I still have transport. I've never had to bring my car back for a repair that wasn't done properly (I did several times at the dealership I used to use). Ted Britt Ford has always fixed my car right the first time. More

Like my previous purchase Daniel Khan answered all of my questions pertaining to the 2012 Ford Fusion purchased - his product knowledge is excellent! The management team of Khalid Shah and Evelyn Akers made sure that there would be no issues with the sale due to the Power of Attorney, and gave us a great deal on the vehicle! Janelle Forrester did a great job in explaining the Enviroguard ResistAll product - it was purchased for this vehicle, as well as, a previously purchased vehicle. And finally Roxanne Wilson was great in explaining the finance process -she made it painless!! As you can see, these individuals came together as a TEAM to make sure I was taken care of!!
