This was our first experience with Tim Britt Ford in Fairfax, VA but it definitely won't be our last. After several days of maintenance, they said they should take the defective vehicle back and apply trade-in credit to the purchase of a second vehicle of our choice. We opted for a new 2013 Ford Escape, a much more expensive vehicle. Throughout the exchange experience everyone we interacted with were warm, friendly, and wanted most of all for us to be satisfied customers. To that end they made exceptional deals on both the used and new Escapes. Throughout the negotiation process, Ali Sabat, our salesman, was our advocate, the Used and New Car Managers were understanding and forthcoming, and our Finance Manager, Linda LaFontaine, was a pleasure to work with. While there were some bumps along the way, we ultimately left as fully satisfied customers. I highly recommend going to Tim Britt Ford in Fairfax, VA for new or used vehicles. More
