Promises kept. We have purchased several new cars over the past 40 years and our experience at Koons Sterling Ford was the best ever. Our sales person (Edward Claros-Flores) was a pleasure to work with. The price quoted was the price we paid. Options for add ons were presented respectfully without any of the usual pressure we have experienced elsewhere. Our paperwork was handled promptly and professionally. Edward made sure that our new truck was ready upon our arrival and was perfectly detailed. Everyone we met at the dealership made sure we had a positive experience.

I drove all the way from Memphis, TN for a 2022 Ford Explorer xx I found online. Throughout the entire process from when I first found the car to when I picked it up, Hakeem, Alex, Marcello, and Ramon were always there to help with any questions or concerns I had. I picked up the car and while I was driving back home a factory defect took the car out of service. They covered my tow back to the dealership for the repair, the repair itself, and a rental car. Phuc and Russel were in communication about the status of the repair, and helped answer any of my questions and calm my nerves. Genuinely the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I would gladly make the drive again if they had a car I wanted. If you're in the area, I HIGHLY recommend Koons Ford Falls Church. The staff is amazing, helpful, and friendly, and the waiting room coffee is delicious! 5/5

adjusted review. I was refunded the charge for wheel damage on a rental car. Was reached out to by Joesph Britt and he apologized for my experience. That means alot. Thank you No never buy a car from here. bought a 2023 expedition with only 20k miles and had to bring it back because the Gold certified. truck had 4 major leaks and needed a new transfer case. The service department is terrible Jesse wont call you you have to call him. and The rental car department will Scam you they will say you damaged a car and it all because they did not do a walk around when they rented you the car like every other rental car company does. They said well " you should have done one yourself" BUT they wont give you the keys or show to the car until you sign it.

For several years I had a 2016 Fiat that I loved. Bit it was on its last legs. I went to Carguru. In my zip code, I couldn’t find desirable Fiat. But I did find a 2017 Jeep Compass. With a sunroof. I expressed interest and soon received a message from Joe Davison at Jerry’s Ford of Leesburg, Virginia. Within the day of our first communication, I was the proud owner of the Jeep Compass. Great car, great transaction because of Joe. He’s clear, helpful, and efficient. It was so pleasant that I almost want to buy another car (just kidding). And he’s been great with some follow-up communications, too.

Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came here, after 1h and 45min off waiting, they didn't even start checking my vehicle, I ended up scheduling another appointment with another ford dealership. Horrible customer service, choose another location, rude and disrespectful.

Was very impressed with the vehicle as displayed on the web and even put paperwork in sight unseen. It took an additional 4-1/2 hours to finalize everything. Upon arrival the vehicle was parked in front and ready for a test drive. While you would think knowing we were coming in that morning that they would prep the vehicle to showcase it in the best way, This was not the case. A layer of dust was all over the vehicle, making it difficult to walk and review the vehicle. While I understand that this is a used vehicle the passenger door was missing its lock actuator. (Dealer promised to order and install) The mirrors needed to be swapped out, because one didn’t work. The middle rear brake light was broken but operational. (Dealer promised to order and install) The rear door rubbed and made noise when opening, until I adjusted the door. The passenger windows glass is scratched, along with the trim. Again I understand it’s a used vehicle! The Carfax is clean but the front lights have scratches that are consistent with damage from an accident, which I am going to have to replace. There was no movement on the price and I left $600 on the table with my trade. While some will say that’s my fault you are correct. But the vehicle was not purchase ready. Which was disappointing. This is my 2nd used vehicle purchase and I should have done a better job reviewing the vehicle. I don’t regret the purchase. Just feel that with the items we have found after taking it home, that the price should have been adjusted to accommodate these out of pocket expenses.

What impressed me was how fast the General Manager, Daniel Khan, personally got back to me and owned the situation. No excuses, just an apology and real solutions like mobile service and pick-up/delivery options. Deshaun also stepped up and helped me get both my vehicles scheduled for mobile service the very next day. They even provided complimentary service as a goodwill gesture. This is the kind of responsiveness and customer care that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend Malloy Ford of Alexandria.
