Gary has been our service guy for the past few years. He is definitely the best service guy I have ever encountered. I know when I take our vehicles to him, that I not only get great service but I am also is definitely the best service guy I have ever encountered. Last week, we took our car to him for service and he advised us that he could fix the car but couldn't guarantee that we wouldn't have further issues in the next month or two. We decided it was time to trade the car in even though we had owned it for 10 years. We were put in touch with Moe and once we met him, we were impressed. Moe is a very honest salesman but is not pushy at all. He was exactly what we needed and listened to us on what we were interested in. He found us the perfect car. After we agreed to buy the car, he had Kwin meet with us to discuss the MYSync account and other services we could add to the car. Kwin is very professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me feel at ease using technology that I was new to. Then we met with Natasha and Linda in finance. They were so helpful, treated us like we were the only customers there and helped us through the entire finance process. The last employee we encountered was Kent who helped put on our new tags and got our car to the final stages for us. He was polite and treated our car as if it was his own. All in all, I will recommend any of these employees to my friends and I love Ted Britt Ford! More

Alex went out of his way to make my father and I feel taken care of. He was polite, funny, friendly, knowledgable, easy going, and respectful. During the sales processes Alex worked to get me a deal that I walked away feeling very happy with, showing me all options avaiable to me and showing me different markups. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our experience at Ted Britt Ford. During the drive she did a wonderful job explaining the features of the car to us. She was very knowledgable, but more importantly she was friendly and fun to be with. Buying a car took longer than I expected, but she kept us informed along the way so we always felt that we knew where we were in the process. She really went above and beyond in helping us with the car we were trading in. It was next door at the Shell station after throwing a rod, and she worked with the service station manager there and got it over to the dealership for us while we were in finance. Linda LaFontaine was also fabulous. She worked us through the finance process cheerfully and patiently, taking the time to answer all our questions... even some I didn't know enough to ask! She helped us evaluate several financing options and worked with us to find the one that worked best for our situation. Thanks for a great experience... and we love our new Focus SE!
