I cannot say enough about everyone we worked with at Ted Britt Ford. Although I couldn't, ultimately, get the color I wanted (Gingerale, Ford Fusion Hybrid), I am over the moon on the Ruby Red/Tan cloth int Britt Ford. Although I couldn't, ultimately, get the color I wanted (Gingerale, Ford Fusion Hybrid), I am over the moon on the Ruby Red/Tan cloth interior of the one I picked up today. I know that the staff at Ted Britt worked very hard to find my original choice, but what can you do when the paint just doesn't work? Anyway, they got this car in just a few days, I chose the color this morning and I SWEAR it was pulling into the dealership from The Verizon Center as I was headed off on other errands. Sunny brought it to me around 3 pm, I took him back to the dealership, met my husband there, finalized the paperwork (awesome job, Linda Fontaine!!!), paid for it and out the door I went. Christened it immediately by picking up a pizza! Great experience! Great deal! Great car. BTW, Ted Britt Ford was recommended by my very good friend, Glenda Lynch. I went in planning to buy a corolla at a different dealership, but I wanted to check out a few other options. I ended up loving the focus that I bought later that evening. I felt terrible because I ended up keeping the staff there well past 10pm on a Saturday night, but everybody was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend these guys without question. More

We went to Ted Britt to look at a Truck we had seen on the web site and did not expect them to be open. We were pleasantly suprised that not only were they open on a Sunday but Tom put in the extra effort the web site and did not expect them to be open. We were pleasantly suprised that not only were they open on a Sunday but Tom put in the extra effort to get us a vehicle to look at the was exactly what we were looking for even though it was not on his lot. He did not try to rush us even though it was well after 5 when we first talked to him. We purchased the F150 Truck he brought for us to look at. Great experience. We did not have to play the normal game of back and forth on the pricing like we expected. Verry happy so far. I only hope the truck can hold up to the same standard. More

Steve in sales absolutely went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. He applied no undue pressure, and was patient with my time needs as a customer and feature desires as a car driver. When the dealer didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot, Steve bent over backwards to get me what I wanted and quickly, all with a relaxed and friendly attitude. Never once did I feel pressured. Linda in finance really changed my perception of the "forms part" of buying a car. She was extremely personable, and actually gave meaningful, helpful advice when it came to setting up financing. All this while making me laugh repeatedly and feel totally at ease. Overall, a - dare I say it? - totally pleasurable car buying experience. Ted Britt rules. More
