I've been wanted a mustang for a very long time. So I decided to come in and look around and found 2 in my price range. Christian came up to me and helped me out a lot. Christian helped me by putting my belongings in the new car. He was so sweet and friendly. Alison put all my papers together and got me financed. She is so kind and friendly. Linda stayed after work to get the papers signed and my car tagged even when dealership was closed. She's a sweet heart. My family has been coming to Ted britt ford for years to buy all our cars there. Wonderful experience. More

Overall this was an excellent buying experience. I was immediately approached upon arrival at the dealership and warmly greeted by Sales Representative Sonny Robinson. After some introductions, I informed Sonny of the vehicle make, model and color I was interested in purchasing. Having test drove the vehicle and pricing at other dealerships, Sonny located a vehicle in inventory that I was looking for. After some back and forth negotiations, we reached a reasonable compromise on price and I was ready to move forward with the purchase. I was pleased with the offer I received for my trade. Once the “paperwork” was completed I met with Linda LaFontaine in the Finance Department to discuss options for the balance of the payment owed to complete the transaction. Linda demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of current interest rates based on my credit score and determined the best approach to financing the balance that was owed. I was very impressed with her speed and accuracy in getting through this process and the mountain of required paperwork. She has a great zeal for what she does and used my time efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and certainly would recommend Ted Britt Ford for purchasing a vehicle. More

My experience with Ted Britt Ford, and particularly Mitch Sulkess was outstanding. I am currently living in Wisconsin, but have family in Virginia. I was comparing rates between the two states, and Mitch Sulkess was outstanding. I am currently living in Wisconsin, but have family in Virginia. I was comparing rates between the two states, and Mitch worked extremely hard to get me a price several thousand dollars lower than the best prices in Wisconsin. Not only that, but I was on a time crunch, so he made sure to pay to overnight the necessary papers to my house in Wisconsin and back to Virginia so I could get the car on time. He was always available when I had questions, and worked well with my brother who was acting as the in-person contact in Virginia. I would recommend this dealership and Mitch 100%. More
