He remembered who my father was when we walked in the door, and even little details that I wouldn't expect someone who only sees folks sporadically to remember. He was professional, personable, and from the moment we walked in the door was concerned about our satisfaction. Top notch salesperson, and an asset to any organization. Cassie was refreshing/laid back, which I think is ideal in a customer service representative. She was attentive and answered all the questions I had, and was willing to look up information and get back to me during my stay at the dealership to make sure I had all of the answers I needed before leaving the dealership. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing in the overwhelming process of buying a car. Linda as well was top notch at what she does. She was understanding and willing to work with my financial budgetary tightness, and was very accommodating of that facet. She was efficient, professional, and personable as well. I appreciate her willingness to try out multiple options for the best plan, for my new car. Overall a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend. I went to Ted Britt just to look for a car from the beginning I was greeted like I was the most important person. I was showed a car and when they didnt have the color I wanted they went far and beyon beginning I was greeted like I was the most important person. I was really satified also with having a new car but how they took the time to show me how to work all the special gadgets on it.
