Spent several weeks working with Daniel Khan looking for the perfect vehicle for us. Decided on Ford Edge, Daniel located exact car we wanted in NC. Daniel arranged for the car to be picked up and brought the perfect vehicle for us. Decided on Ford Edge, Daniel located exact car we wanted in NC. Everyone at Ted Britt was outstanding. We are very pleased with our new vehicle. Bernie is great to work with. We started looking for a new car a little over a year ago and then had to put the search on hold as we had another baby. Once we were ready to get back in to looking Bernie new car a little over a year ago and then had to put the search on hold as we had another baby. Once we were ready to get back in to looking Bernie was right there helping us every step. He is friendly, great with the kids and overall a great salesman. Once we decided on the car he was willing to listen to what we needed to move forward. Linda in the finance office was also great. She explained everything to us, broke things down for us and helped us figure out the best way to get the car without having a major new car payment. This is the second car we have bought from Ted Britt Ford. We came back to this dealership because of the gret service you get looking, buying and maintenance on your car. As a busy family with two little ones you can't beat how well they also take care of you when your car needs work. Overall this dealership is a 5 from start to finish. I know we will be back to buy another car when my husband's Ford 150 needs to be replaced. More

I have had 4 Ford's in the past 30 years. This Ford purchase was not expected or wanted. My 2010 Ford Taurus was totalled when I was hit by a drunk driver.
