In early June, 2013, I began my search for a new vehicle using the internet trying to find where the best deals may be, and where I may get the best trade in for the car I owned at the time. I soon narrowed my search down to pickup trucks, and determined the F-150 to be my top choice. Almost immediately after I expressed intrerest in the truck, I received an email from Jenny Kueny, who was extremely helpful and narrowed my search even further to the point where we had the truck I was interested in. She then put me in contact with AL, the salesman who took care of me from there. AL is by far the friendliest, and most honest car salesman I have ever met. When I arrived at the dealership he brought me in, sat me down, and went over everything I had questions about. I had questions about the truck, about the financing, and about my trade in, and he answered all of them truthfully and did everything in his power to get me the deal I asked for. I explanied to him that I felt ripped off after my first car purchase a few years earlier (at a Toyota dealership), but I did not feel that way at all with AL. Obviously I have a tremendous amount of respect and appreciation after he worked with me to get me the truck I wanted and I would recommend anybody going to this dealerhsip request his service. The test drive solidified the vehicle I wanted and from there it was to the finance office. Linda Lafontaine did all the paperwork for me and had everything prepared in an extremely organized manner, and it was quick and painless as she new I was in a hurry to get to my new truck. She was friendly and respectful, and allowed me to come back the following day with my down payment as I left my checkbook at home. After Linda, Cassie Graham took me to my truck, set up Ford Sync to my phone, and spent time going over all the features of the new vehicle. She answered all the questions I had and is extremely knowledgeable about the process and the vehicles. My favorite thing about her was the fact that she was genuinely interested in her job, in her customers, and in the trucks themselves. After she helped me, AL came back out to put my plates on the truck, and helped me transfer everything I had in my trade in car to the truck. I actually left stuff in the glove compartment and AL called me after I left to let me know he would hold on to it for me. Finally, I went back the next day to submit to finance my down payment and met Natasha, the finance director. She was more than helpful, explaining that last questions I could think of and put me in touch with some of the mechanics to answer questions I had regarding the maintenance of the truck. All in all, that was a tremendous team I got to work with, and I look forward to going back to them when it is my time for a new vehicle. I will be recommending Ted Britt Ford to my friends and co-workers when it's their time to purchase. More

I accompanied my son, Adam, on his first car purchase, and since my husband and I have purchased three (used) Ford vehicles from this same Ted Britt dealership in the past, and we received excellent treat and since my husband and I have purchased three (used) Ford vehicles from this same Ted Britt dealership in the past, and we received excellent treatment and customer service with all three, it was an obvious choice for our son. Adam scheduled a test drive for 6:30 PM and Steve Soloman called him to confirm and answer any questions he had. We arrived and Steve greeted us and got us and escorted us to the car to take a look. We pointed out an obvious "scratch & dent" on the passenger side and Steve took care of having a service manager check it out and document it. Joel Bartling accompanied us on the drive and answered several questions for us as well. Adam and I both loved the fact that there was not a single "pushy salesman" in the dealership. It made this first buying experience much more comfortable for him. After the test drive my son decided that he would like to purchase the car so we sat down with Joel who went over everything with us. Joel spoke with the service manager and they said they would fix the scratch & dent at their expense because it apparently happened on their lot as there was nothing in the report indicating the damage. They said Adam would be contacted to schedule the service and would be provided with a free loaner during the service. Joel was wonderful and patient and went over everything regarding Certified Pre-Owned vehicles with us, the warranty, maintenance, etc. answered several questions, and kept us informed of the next steps and the remainder of the process. Joel then handed us off to Linda Lafontaine in the finance department. Linda was warm and welcoming right from the start, taking Adam under her wing knowing he was a first time car buyer with just a little co-signing help from mom. She went over everything on the forms, showing the numbers, matching them up on other forms, explaining in consise detail what everything meant and making sure Adam understood. Adam felt very comfortable asking her questions and she provided easy to understand answers and explanations. She's obviously very good at what she does. Once the forms were all signed and Linda had given Adam his envelope of financial document copies, she directed us back to Joel who had just come back with the licence plates for the car. At this time Cassie came to sync up Adam's blackberry with the bluetooth in the car, but unfortunately Adam's phone battery was in the "red zone" and we were unable to do the sync. Cassie did instruct Adam on where he could find the syncing instructions in the owner's manual and that if he had any problems he could come back to the dealership (we only live a couple miles from the dealership) and she would take care of the syncing for him and show him how it's done. Adam is pretty "tech savvy" so he felt he could manage it. My goal as "mom" was to make sure that Adam had a full understanding of the process, what would be expected of him as a car owner, and to learn the processes behind looking, testing, buying, financing, insuring and maintaining a vehicle, and to do it correctly the first time around so that he would know how to do it again in the future totally on his own. Thank you to the fine professionals who we dealt with at Ted Britt, Steve, Joel, Linda and Cassie, for making this probably the BEST first time buying experience a guy and his mom could have. I visited Ted Britt upon referral for my first car buying experience in May 2013. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. During my test driving and research phase I was completely turned off by other dealerships I had visited in the area. They were overbearing and made me skeptical of the whole process. But my experience with Ted Britt was amazing and was more than I could have asked for. I worked with Eric Suter who welcomed me and my family (yes they all wanted to tag along!) and made the process as smooth me possible. I know that I received the best deal and the "red carpet treatment". I would recommend Ted Britt Ford, and in particular Eric Suter, to my friends and family. Great experience all around. Worked with an online sales rep who helped identify the vehicle I was looking for. From there he gave me tentative pricing (was very close to what we settled for upon completio rep who helped identify the vehicle I was looking for.
