The fact that this dealership took care of my family in an obvious time of need made me feel better since I could not be there. You can put a great price on a car with great rebates and still feel like the the purchase was a miserable experience, or that you were just another commission . The customer service at Ted Britt Ford is something you can't put a price on. If I can ever talk my wife into an Expedition EL King Ranch, we will be going back!
