In large part, I owe much of my success in this business to Jeff. From the first day on the job, I learned that Jeff's first priority was to serve the best interests of his hundreds of customers. I could have very easily felt intimidated by him and his very loyal customer base, but Jeff never made me that way. Instead, he taught me the true meaning of Customer Service..... to go beyond what was expected.... to look after each customer's best interest and to treat each customer with respect and dignity.
