We had driven a competitor's used Toyota Hylander, and were very close to buying. We visited the Ted Britt Ford used car lot to see what they had. Sonny Robinson greeted us enthusiastically, and was the key to the sale. He overcame all our fears, and issues, and made us feel like family. This was the fifth Ford that we bought from Ted Britt Ford dating back to 1973. Leih & Jennifer in finance were especially kind and accommodating. Gary Funk, service manager, helped advise us of the value of the Ford extended service program, and prepaid service options, both of which we did buy. When we picked up the 2014 Ford Explorer LTD, we told them we'd be back again in 15 years. Ha, ha. Thanks, staff at Ted Britt Ford for a wonderful ride, again! More

My experience began with Aaron Klaber and Alison Lucas. Moses Quartey was extremely helpful; he and Linda LaFontaine were amazing and went out of their way to listen to what I needed. I especially respect that there was not a hard sell from Moses or Linda to sell me a product that I could not afford. I appreciate that kind of responsible salesmanship. Affordability and responsible spending were high on my list. Alexis Mayes stayed behind past when she was finished for the day to help me sync my iPhone to the car before I left the dealership. I was very disappointed to see the 685$ processing fee on the contract at the end after we had spent some time trying to find a price that worked for both of us. Simply posting 1000 signs stating that this fee is for the work you do to obtain financing is insufficient. I will not belabor the point as I am sure this factors in to your margin of the car or truck significantly, but I believe you should make it quite clear during the negotiation process that this fee is to be part of the price. Otherwise your team is top notch and made this a very pleasant experience. More

This was my fourth truck purchase from Ted Britt. I called Jeff Cain and Steve Seymour in service, as I have dealt with them for over thirty years. They set me up with Eric Suter to be my salesman. I arrived early and was greeted promptly by Eric. He had a nice selection already picked out for me to look at. I found the right truck within 5 minutes. Steve Seymour sat with me until the deal was worked out. I later dealt with Lisa Light and Linda Lafontaine and it went smoothly. I was on the road with my new truck by noon.
